## 1. Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Kerandy Hair Braiding & Beauty Supply ("Kerandy," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at kerandybeauty.com, your purchase of our products, and your use of our hair braiding and styling services (together, the "Services"). ## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase or book an appointment. If you are under that age, you may use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be responsible for your activity.

## 3. Products

We sell hair extensions, hair care products, and beauty supply items. We do our best to display product colors, descriptions, and details accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display is accurate, and slight variations in color or texture may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

## 4. Braiding & Styling Services

We provide hair braiding and styling services by appointment.

- **Results and suitability.** Styles are performed based on your hair type, length, and condition. Results may vary from person to person and from any reference images provided. We will advise you if a requested style is not suitable for your hair.
- **Your responsibilities.** You agree to arrive with your hair prepared as instructed when you book, to disclose any scalp conditions, sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your service, and to follow any aftercare guidance we provide.
- **Health and comfort.** Please tell your stylist right away if you experience any discomfort during your appointment. Braiding involves tension on the hair and scalp, and you are responsible for communicating your comfort level.
- **Timeliness.** Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or forfeiture of your deposit as described in our Refund & Deposit Policy.

## 5. Appointments and Deposits

A deposit is required to book an appointment and is applied toward the cost of your service. **Deposits are non-refundable.** You may move a deposit to a new appointment only if you call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Deposits and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Deposit Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

## 6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the full amount due for any product ordered or service rendered, including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

## 7. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information.

## 8. Returns and Refunds
